By registering for our workshop, course, or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is considered complete only after full or token payment and successful submission of the registration form.

  • The token fee of ₹29 (if applicable) is a non-refundable processing charge.

  • All payments must be made through the approved payment gateways listed on our website.

2. Workshop and Course Access

  • Joining links, study materials, or access credentials will be provided to the email address or WhatsApp number submitted during registration.

  • Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact details to avoid access issues.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Requests for refunds will not be entertained unless explicitly stated in a particular offer or agreement.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

  • All workshop or course content—including videos, slides, notes, PDFs, and recordings—is the intellectual property of Version Up.

  • You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, resell, or share any of the content without prior written permission.

  • Unauthorized use or distribution may lead to legal action.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Version Up reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any workshop, course, or session due to unavoidable circumstances (such as technical issues, speaker unavailability, or low registrations).

  • In such cases, prior notification will be provided to all registered participants.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior throughout the session.

  • Version Up reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant from the session for misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of community guidelines, without refund.

7. Technical Requirements

  • Participants are expected to arrange their own internet, computer/laptop/mobile device, and access to platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS) to attend sessions.

  • Version Up is not responsible for technical disruptions on the participant’s side.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Version Up is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the service, technical failure, or delays.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
